We support branding and new business development with the mission of "finding something new in the park."
Shall we find something new together? I want to start a new business, but how should I proceed? We are experimenting within our company, but we can't seem to find a breakthrough. All we can see are saturated markets based on user needs alone. I somewhat understand design thinking, but I haven't reached the point of applying it in practice. I want to implement (learn about) design management, but while I understand it at a general knowledge level, I don't know how to structure or navigate it in the field. These voices are often heard online. The mission of Future Park is "a park where something new can be found." We provide support in deriving hidden user needs and products/services from insights, and in designing new businesses or products/services. We also support rebranding by extracting insights for the next generation or era from the current brand. To create new businesses, we start by designing user insights that will become "something new" and the inherent value of the seeds that exist within the company. Business Activities
[Service Contents] □ New Business Development Support We support the construction of businesses for the future. We provide comprehensive support from various angles, including exploring business areas, building business models, and conducting marketing research. Recently, there has been an increase in business development aimed at transitioning from BtoB to BtoC. □ Branding We assist in building new brands and rebranding (such as targeting younger customer demographics) by providing an objective perspective on the company's fundamental strategy. We also conduct internal branding to connect the awareness and thinking within the company to its value proposition. □ Product and Service Development We provide support for companies involved in OEM, parts manufacturing, and material production to leverage their know-how and assets to develop unique products and services, as well as create sales channels! □ Design Management and Design Thinking Introduction Program We provide education on the fundamental concepts of design management and design thinking, while supporting the connection to business development and product/service development. □ Business Succession Branding This branding program transforms business succession from a "challenging task" into an "activity to discover a new future," creating an exciting future for predecessors, successors, and all employees.
