A case where the introduction of a U-shaped heat pipe reduced the temperature by approximately 10°C.
"We are currently using a 100mm square heat sink for Peltier cooling, but we are struggling to reach the target temperature of below 80°C. Is it possible to propose/analyze a heat sink that can achieve the target temperature?" In response, we introduced a U-shaped heat pipe. As a result of the analysis, we were able to lower the temperature by approximately 10°C. Additionally, we have examples from companies considering the development of new products with higher performance than existing products. For more details, please download and review the PDF below. 【Detailed Information (Partial)】 ■ Heating Element: Peltier (Size: □30mm) ■ Heat Generation: 200W ■ Ambient Temperature: 40°C ■ Cooling Method: Forced Air Cooling *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
