During a disaster, the energy that should be prioritized for recovery is "electricity." Electrical equipment in building systems (electricity, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, gas) is the mainstay of building performance, and even gas systems cannot function without electricity. LP gas has been recognized for its advantages, such as relatively stable distribution during disasters, no fuel degradation, ease of large-scale long-term storage, and availability for use during normal times.
