At River Group, we are certified by the government as a small home appliance recycling operator and conduct recycling of small home appliances collected either through municipalities or directly from citizens. We implement resource circulation within Japan and accept basically all small home appliances that fall under the 28 categories specified by law. Utilizing technologies from both within and outside the group, we perform advanced processing such as crushing, sorting (magnetic, wind, specific gravity, etc.), and manual sorting to recover many valuable resources, including rare metals. Our group's certified area spans 31 prefectures. Additionally, we encourage participation from recycling companies outside the group to promote stable, local production and consumption-based recycling.
