"AUDEBU Mini" deburring machine is a finishing machine specialized for small workpieces, designed for deburring and R-edge processing. 【Function Introduction】 ■ Safe and secure deburring for small workpieces By adopting a unique suction mechanism, it enables high-quality and safe deburring and R-edge processing for small workpieces, such as "coin/stamp size," which are difficult to handle with conventional deburring machines! ■ Achieves complete one-person operation and allows for multitasking with other jobs The use of a turntable system makes it easy for one person to handle the loading and unloading of workpieces, and it also allows for multitasking with other jobs, resulting in even more efficient deburring operations! ■ Increased productivity through a larger turntable and more brushes The size of the turntable has been expanded from φ600mm to φ800mm, and the number of brushes has been increased from 3 to 4, broadening the processing range and achieving a 30% increase in grinding power! ■ Machine design that does not require a specific installation location Since the loading and unloading of workpieces is limited to the front of the machine, it can be placed close to the factory wall at the back, allowing for greater flexibility in installation locations! *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
