It is a static electricity dissipative type of polyethylene (PE) film with excellent electrostatic dissipation properties.
The film (resin) itself has an anti-static effect, making it almost independent of humidity and capable of maintaining a stable surface resistance value for a long time. Since it is a non-contaminating film without added surfactants or slip agents, there is no stickiness or migration to products due to bleeding, and there are no concerns about ink transfer or blocking. Our HL series is based on metallocene linear low-density polyethylene rather than conventional polyethylene, excelling in tensile strength, elongation, puncture strength, and seal strength. It is primarily used as packaging material during the transportation of precision electrical components, aimed at reducing electrostatic damage (breakage or malfunction).

Mechanism of Antistatic Action The resin itself has antistatic properties that last for a long time. Additionally, since no surfactants are used, there is minimal blocking (non-contaminating), and it maintains a stable resistance value regardless of humidity.
