This is a transparent film with excellent static electricity diffusion properties, featuring a surfactant additive type.
The antistatic agent incorporated into the film reacts with moisture, causing it to surface (bleed out) and form a conductive layer that dissipates static electricity from the film's surface. Our HL series is based on metallocene linear low-density polyethylene rather than conventional polyethylene, and it excels in tensile strength, elongation, puncture strength, and seal strength. It is primarily used as packaging material during the transport of precision electrical components to reduce static electricity damage (breakage or malfunction). It is also effective as a dust cover during the shipment and maintenance of precision machinery.

Mechanism of Static Electricity Prevention This type of static electricity prevention function releases static electricity through the action of surfactants. It is the most cost-effective type of static electricity prevention, but it is a film that is prone to blocking. It is not suitable for long-term storage or storage in high humidity environments. About the Action of Surfactants Immediately after manufacturing, surfactants are dispersed within the film. After a few hours to a few days, surfactants rise to the surface (bleed-out), forming a conductive layer that allows static electricity to escape from the film surface. For example, approximately 10,000 sheets for a length of 100mm, and approximately 2,000 sheets for 500mm. No prohibited substances based on the revised RoHS directive (RoHS2) are used.
