Case Study of Deodorization Measures for Chemical Industry Manufacturing Facilities: NIOIX System
Even in the case of special and highly specialized odor components, a deodorizing liquid that combines immediate effectiveness and safety is ideal! *Deodorizing liquid samples available.
We would like to introduce a case study of odor control measures implemented at a chemical industrial chemical manufacturing facility that has adopted NIOIX Corporation's deodorant spray system, the "NIOIX System." The issues at hand involve exhaust from the production line of diluents for paint and printing applications, as well as exhaust from the industrial production of enzymes. The odor problems related to factory exhaust are diverse, and the odor components can be unique and highly specialized. Therefore, the deodorizing liquid "Yume-Kyoutai SH200," which effectively addresses various odors while combining rapid effectiveness and safety, is well-suited for this purpose. We will install a spray box based on the odor level, odor quality, and exhaust air volume to enhance the contact efficiency with the deodorizing liquid "Yume-Kyoutai SH200," maximizing its deodorizing effect. If you would like to experience the effectiveness and efficacy of the deodorizing liquid through a deodorization demonstration test, please feel free to consult us about anything. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *We are offering free samples of the deodorizing liquid.
