Exhaust deodorization measures are neighborhood measures, and space deodorization measures are improvements to the work environment, solving problems simultaneously! *Deodorizing liquid samples available.
We would like to introduce a case study of odor control measures implemented at an RPF manufacturing facility that has adopted NIOIX Corporation's deodorizing spray system, the "NIOIX System." The targeted location is a facility that collects waste plastics and used paper and recycles them into eco-fuel "RPF." Nozzles have been installed in the receiving yard, feeding hopper, around the molding machines, storage yard, and exhaust ducts, where the deodorizing liquid "Yume Shota SH200" is sprayed. With the deodorizing spray system "NIOIX System," exhaust odor control measures can address neighborhood concerns, while spatial deodorization can improve the working environment, effectively solving both issues simultaneously. The system is easy to install, whether setting up a spray box and spraying nozzles inside the exhaust duct or directly spraying at the source of odor generation, making it possible to retrofit existing facilities. From environmental surveys and hearings to aftercare, please leave all your odor-related issues to our company, a specialist in deodorizing equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *We are offering free samples of the deodorizing liquid.
