We propose methods to reduce incineration disposal volume! A case where emissions and disposal costs were reduced by 100%.
We would like to introduce a cost reduction case for manufacturers involved in the cleaning process using organic solvents in the manufacturing of precision parts and precision filters. The company faced the challenge of wanting to reduce the amount of waste solvent (butyl acetate) and disposal costs. To address this, we proposed a method to separate as much as possible within the process, increasing the butyl acetate content to about 70%, thus turning it into a recyclable valuable material and reducing the amount to be incinerated. As a result, we were able to achieve a 100% reduction in both the amount discharged and disposal costs by converting all of it into a valuable material. [Case Study] ■ Target Customers: Manufacturers involved in the cleaning process using organic solvents in the manufacturing of precision parts and precision filters ■ Challenge: To reduce the amount of waste solvent (butyl acetate) and disposal costs ■ Effect: 100% reduction in both the amount discharged and disposal costs by converting all into a valuable material *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
