Magnetic separator 120% BOOST! It jumps the iron materials mixed in the lower layer, enhancing magnetic separation efficiency.
To remove iron materials mixed in the conveyed items, a magnetic separator will be installed on the belt conveyor. However, it is difficult for the magnetic separator to completely remove the iron materials that are mixed in the lower layer of the belt during transport. To improve the magnetic separation efficiency of these iron materials, a "Jumping Roller" will be installed directly below the magnetic separator. By vibrating the belt from the underside, the iron materials mixed in the lower layer will be made to jump, thereby enhancing the magnetic separation efficiency. 【Features】 ■ Increased magnetic separation efficiency ■ Just attach it directly below the magnetic separator *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
