Although we were using a whiteboard to understand the workload and work status on-site, we were unable to grasp the accurate situation because the work status was not reflected in real-time. By adding a scheduling option to "Telegno-SYS" and implementing a Gantt chart and workload status monitor, we can now check the adjustment of process deadlines, progress, and workload status on a single screen. This has made it easier to handle urgent cases and to level out work.
