SUS316-WPA is a highly corrosion-resistant material used for springs in locations exposed to seawater and in food factories.
The material used is "spring stainless steel wire - SUS316-WPA." Compared to the general-purpose SUS spring material "SUS304-WPB," it has higher corrosion resistance and is often used for springs in locations exposed to seawater, food factories, and pharmaceutical factories. Additionally, while "SUS304-WPB" is weakly magnetic, "SUS316-WPA" is almost non-magnetic. This spring is used in the switch part of a certain interior product. The mounting load in the assembled state and the maximum load when the button is pressed are measured and managed using a spring load testing machine. The shipping inspector checks each lot and attaches a material certificate (mill sheet) and inspection report before shipment. If you have any issues with springs, please feel free to consult us. Our technical staff will respond carefully. Tsurugaoka Spring Co., Ltd. Technical Contact: Ujiie Phone: 0235-22-0407 FAX: 0235-22-0546 Email: web@tohj.com We also support web conferencing.
