Tokyo Electric Power will exhibit at the DMM Online Exhibition "Solar Summit 2022 ONLINE." [Event period: March 30 (Wed) to April 1 (Fri)]
On our exhibition page, we will introduce the "Solar Independent Power Supply System." 【Solar Independent Power Supply System】 This system serves as a new power source in environments where securing electricity outdoors is challenging. It supplies power generated by solar panels to loads, while excess power charges the built-in battery. When solar panels cannot generate power (such as at night), electricity is supplied from the built-in battery. This independent power system enables self-sufficient power generation, making it possible to install surveillance cameras and communication devices even in environments where securing power is difficult. 《Features》 ◆ Utilizes clean energy generated solely from sunlight ◆ Fully independent, allowing power supply even during outages ◆ Suitable for cases where wiring is difficult in vast areas like parks and mountainous regions ◆ Can be utilized for a variety of applications depending on ideas

basic information
Tokyo Power Supply Co., Ltd. is a design and manufacturing company of various power supply equipment with numerous achievements in manufacturing uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) for outdoor CATV transmission equipment and independent power supplies for river monitoring cameras. In other industries, we have received evaluations for our "failure-free stability" in systems such as stabilized power supplies for display panels within power plants and power supplies for communication equipment in airport control towers, and we have been adopted in many critical infrastructure systems where failure is not permitted.

Installation Examples [As a Power Source for River Monitoring Cameras] As a disaster prevention measure against increasingly frequent heavy rains and other disasters, the installation of cameras for river monitoring is on the rise. Our "Solar Independent Power Supply Unit" has been adopted by electrical contractors and system integrators as a power source for these cameras. The installation process is simple, allowing for a smooth completion. With the installation of cameras, it is expected that not only can evacuation instructions be issued quickly during disasters, but preventive measures can also be implemented promptly. Additionally, our units are used as power sources for surveillance cameras and wildlife damage prevention sensors. If you are a contractor installing security or monitoring cameras and are facing challenges in securing power, please feel free to consult with us!

Company information
Since our establishment in 1972, we have been engaged in the design, manufacturing, and sales of power supply devices, supported by many, including our customers. Our current main product is an outdoor uninterruptible power supply. We have many customers using our products in the field of communications, particularly in cable television. Since 2016, we have also started a business in the sales and maintenance of environmental hygiene equipment, focusing on electrolyzed water generation devices, which are used by many customers, including welfare facilities. With changes in the times, such as 5G and IoT, the scenes where power is needed continue to evolve. Additionally, through the recent frequent natural disasters, the importance of power supply in emergencies has been re-evaluated, and improvements are being made. Electrolyzed water is gaining increasing attention in response to changes in the hygiene environment surrounding humans, such as food poisoning caused by bacteria and outbreaks of new viruses. Through our businesses in "power supply" and "electrolyzed water," we will continue to solve our customers' problems and, although modestly, assist in building a sustainable society. If you are facing issues with power supply devices or hygiene management, please feel free to contact us. We are confident that we can be of help.
