Contributes to the automation and labor-saving of the waterproofing and gasket application processes with hot melt automatic coating.
With a multi-joint robot and a hot melt dispenser, we automate the sealing application process with high precision. ◉ We use a non-flammable, solvent-free, and environmentally friendly hot melt material. ◉ The application process for sealing materials such as EPT sealer, which has been considered difficult to automate, is automated by robots. ◉ Contributing to automation and labor reduction. ◉ Customization of the manufacturer and model of the mounted robot is possible depending on the work shape and range of motion. We propose various alternative methods such as replacing EPT sealers in automotive interior parts, waterproofing, and gas leak prevention gaskets. ★ For more details, you can also check our catalog and product list on our website. ★ We can also accommodate trials at our factory.
