Power Semiconductor Tester (P3000) Overview The P3000 is well-suited for testing the electrical characteristics of power semiconductor products. It is a high-speed, high-precision tester capable of handling 2000V/200A and allows simultaneous testing of up to four sites. It supports various power semiconductors such as diodes, MOSFETs, regulators, IGBTs, SiC, and GaN. With optional features, it enables not only DC testing but also AC testing, avalanche testing, thermal resistance testing, and RgCg testing.
