Easy near-miss reporting with a smartphone.
You can scan the QR code and report using your smartphone. No application installation is required. During KY activities, you can report near misses from your own smartphone. You can input the cause of the incident, type of work, details of the task, etc., and it can be used as analysis data. An email will notify the safety manager that a report has been made. The safety manager will check the reported near miss details on the management screen and document measures to prevent recurrence. Graphs will display the causes of near misses on a daily and monthly basis. Reports can be downloaded in CSV format on a monthly basis for the reporter's use. It can be used in various locations such as factories and construction sites. It can be used either as a set with "Easy Site" and KY activities or independently.
