Our mission at ISS Dainichi is to make the impossible possible in hole processing and microfabrication. With precision machining using CNC automatic lathes, we can process parts for medical devices and precision nozzle components. Our micro-drilling allows for the creation of holes as small as φ0.01. Additionally, we offer gun drilling with a proven track record of hole curvature under 2μm, as well as honing that achieves a surface roughness of Ra0.02 or less.
