The "TSKgel(R) UP-SW3000-LS" is a size exclusion chromatography column for the separation of biomacromolecules, using a filler with a particle size of 2μm that has diol groups chemically bonded to the surface of silica gel. Due to the use of fine particle fillers (2μm), it enables rapid analysis (15cm column) and high-resolution analysis (30cm) of biomacromolecules such as proteins (antibodies, enzymes).
