Contributes to business improvement with accurate measurements, hassle-free operation, quick calibration, and flexibility of reagents!
At a water treatment plant in Douglas County, Kansas, there were challenges with accurate TOC measurement and testing, and the existing TOC analysis equipment was costly to calibrate, resulting in long downtimes. As a solution, we decided to demonstrate Hack's TOC meter, the 'QbD1200'. The introduction of this product contributed to operational improvements, including accurate measurements, hassle-free operation, rapid calibration, and flexibility in reagents. It improved the TOC removal process and optimized the selection, quantity, and frequency of chemical treatments. [Challenges] - Compliance with TOC removal rate regulations - Optimizing coagulant treatment while avoiding DBPs in wastewater - Maintaining equipment and minimizing downtime *This case study pertains to a water treatment plant in the United States. Please note that there may be differences in related regulations compared to those in Japan.
