The superheated steam oven 'DFC-800-2R' achieves superheated steam at a maximum temperature of 400°C through atmospheric pressure heating. The "latent heat" of superheated steam quickly and evenly cooks food with abundant heat, trapping umami and moisture to maintain a juicy texture. A door is installed at the top of the cooking chamber (front wing hatch type), simplifying daily cleaning and maintenance processes, thereby reducing time and costs.
