Additionally, thin nitrile rubber can easily develop small holes due to minor factors like pulling or friction during use. These holes are called pinholes and pose a risk of direct contact with viruses and bacteria. It is said that pinholes in used gloves are more common on the thumb and index finger of the opposite hand from the dominant hand. Therefore, this processing was performed on the fingertips of the nitrile gloves. Please take a look at the Φ50μm holes that penetrate even the extremely thin nitrile rubber with a thickness of 80μm!
