[Proposal/Analysis Case] How to Prototype Performance Improvement Products for Heat Exchangers

We propose a method of installation that involves wrapping around the pipe from the outside! This can simply be expected to improve performance.

We received an inquiry stating, "We would like to prototype an improved product for the existing heat exchanger." As a solution, please consider "wrapping folding fins around the pipe." By wrapping fins around the pipe, the heat exchange surface area is increased, which can simply lead to improved performance. Since this installation method involves wrapping from the outside, it allows for performance verification with minimal effort added to the existing product. Additionally, for some products, it may be more space-efficient to procure only the fin parts rather than the entire pipe.
