Leveraging our extensive experience in manufacturing, we provide total support from high-level mold and processed parts production to quality assurance by a team of professionals in the field. ■ Technical and manufacturing support in plastic mold design We design and manufacture prototype molds and low-volume production molds with the simplest structure necessary. (Mold specialist factories in Japan, China, the Philippines, and Vietnam) ■ Precision aluminum material cutting and processing, sheet metal processing, stainless steel material cutting We can process from ultra-precision machining of small lot items at the micron level to mass production machining of general quality, categorized by level. ■ Resin coating, metal coating, glossy coating We accept technical support for high-difficulty coatings such as piano black mirror finish and pearl white, from prototypes to mass production. (Specialized coating factories in Japan) ■ Reliable overseas parts quality assurance We can convey customer requests without omission through the information route: customer ⇒ our Japan office ⇒ overseas staff (Japanese-speaking) ⇒ local manufacturers. Additionally, remote meetings can be held for direct communication between our Japan office and local manufacturer technicians. Furthermore, we deliver processed products through the route: local manufacturer ⇒ Japan office ⇒ customer. Defective products will never reach the customer directly from the local site.

We will design and manufacture plastic prototype molds and small production molds with a minimal and simplified structure. We do not export molds for sale; instead, we design and manufacture molds intended for producing sample products for prototype evaluation in small batches of 100 to 500 pieces, with a production capacity of around 10,000 pieces. Due to this nature, we strive to keep mold costs as low as possible while achieving short lead times and high quality. Therefore, we will communicate with responsive Chinese manufacturers through local staff. Customer support for Japanese clients will be handled by Japanese staff, ensuring peace of mind. Additionally, we will implement optimal quality control for molds based on the type of parts (such as exterior parts and mechanical components).

Applications/Examples of results
■Exterior and Design Parts Focusing on appearance, we ensure a mirror finish on the design surface and thoroughly prevent warping, shrinkage, welding, and short shots through flow analysis. ■Mechanical and Moving Parts Emphasizing dimensional accuracy, we conduct strength and durability tests, guarantee a tolerance of ±1/100, and verify assembly with prototype samples. ■Other Special Purpose Parts We perform secondary processing such as insert molding, two-color molding, ultrasonic welding of parts, painting, and printing, as well as tests for peelability, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance. We carefully conduct DFM analysis and flow analysis before mold production to minimize post-mold production issues to nearly zero, ensuring completion in the shortest possible time. Additionally, molded products can be precisely measured using a three-dimensional measuring machine, so you can place your orders with confidence.
