Adopting the evaporator calorimeter method and liquid refrigerant flow meter method! Capacity measurements can be performed accurately over a wide range.
The "Secondary Refrigerant Compressor Calorimeter" measures the refrigeration capacity of various compressors, such as room air conditioners, car air conditioners, and refrigerators. There are several measurement methods, primarily employing the evaporator calorimeter method and the liquid refrigerant flow meter method. In particular, the calorimetry device designed for small refrigerator models can accurately measure even at extremely low capacities below 100W/h by minimizing the correction for heat leakage. 【Features】 ■ Controls the ambient temperature around the compressor as standard specification ■ Measures the ambient temperature of the evaporator heat exchanger to correct for heat leakage ■ Provides standard software for automation ■ The computer handles everything from setting and changing test conditions, data collection, stability determination, to data printing *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Other Features】 - Control is implemented to ensure thermal equilibrium between the test sample (compressor) and the evaporator heat exchanger in the testing equipment. - The total amount of refrigerant discharged from the compressor is heat exchanged in the heater within the evaporator heat exchanger, and the heater input value at that time is measured with a high-precision power meter to calculate the compressor's capacity from the measurement values of each component. - The evaporator heat exchanger is insulated, but by measuring and accounting for a small amount of heat leakage, more accurate measurements can be achieved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
