The EDS series is a screw-type vacuum pump available in three models with exhaust speeds of 200m³/hr, 300m³/hr, and 480m³/hr. It features air-cooled, water-cooled, and chemical versions, characterized by high durability and excellent exhaust capacity even under harsh operating conditions. The high-speed pump allows for rapid rough pumping speeds, resulting in shorter pump downtime and enabling quicker operations and longer running times.
