The main materials for the sheets used by our company are four types! We can also add functions to the sheet materials.

Trays made using vacuum forming use plastic sheets as raw materials. There are various colors and properties of plastics, which can be selected according to their applications, purposes, and usage environments. Our company can provide sheets with additional features such as "foam sheets," "biodegradable sheets," and anti-static properties upon customer request. Depending on the sheet, there may be material lot variations. Please contact us for more details. 【Main Characteristics of Sheet Materials】 ■ PS (Polystyrene) - Easy to mold, cost-effective to manufacture, rigid and resistant to deformation. ■ PP (Polypropylene) - Resistant to cracking, has shock absorption properties, and is resistant to cold and heat. ■ PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) - High transparency, more resistant to cracking than PS and easier to mold than PP. ■ PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) - High transparency and easy to mold. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
