Since the entire shape can be processed using photo-etching, there is no need for molds, making it suitable for small production runs. We can produce high-quality etched nameplates with intricate designs using photo-etching, which excels in high precision and fine processing. We can accommodate secondary processing according to your needs, such as coloring (painting, UV printing), plating, surface treatment, R bending, and double-sided tape application. Multiple colors can also be produced for coloring. Generally, we create the original plate based on data submitted in formats like [ai] or [dxf], but we can also assist in creating data from illustrations or stickers.
