This is a one-year program for developing next-generation leaders. Twice a month, participants gathered from across the country. In the first three months, we conducted lectures based on dialogue, workshops divided into teams, and exercises using self-analysis sheets. Participants learned about the three elements of an organization: communication, motivation, and vision, and reflected on how to embody leadership that leverages their individuality. In the following three months, we focused on theories and methodologies necessary for management through lectures, management games, and dialogue sessions with executives. Furthermore, in the subsequent six months, participants were divided into three teams focusing on organizational culture reform, business model reform, and business process reform. They applied what they had learned over the past six months to real situations, solving challenges through trial and error. Each team was supported by an executive who joined as a facilitator, addressing urgent and important issues. Participants learned a series of processes to discover leadership suited to their individual personalities and to solve problems as a team.
