The EV3 axis positioner allows for welding positions that were difficult to achieve with conventional positioners to be obtained freely!
The "Iron Man" has three axes: a vertical axis, an inclined axis, and a rotational axis, allowing for the positioning of the workpiece in an efficient working position, making it easy to achieve an optimal welding posture. All three axes are equipped with inverters, enabling soft start and soft stop. In particular, during stopping, it does not impact the main body or the mounted workpiece, ensuring safe and reliable use. We offer a rich lineup including the hollow chuck type "PEV-20-H," the "PS-X series" with a digital rotation display, and the large "POK-X series." 【Features】 ■ Three-axis operation enabling optimal positioning ■ Speedy rotation speed (four times faster than our standard) ■ Elevation function that does not stress the operator ■ Reliable drop prevention mechanism ■ Dust from the outside is shut out *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
