We would like to introduce the technology of "grinding processing" at Kyoritsu Seisakusho. In addition to "cylindrical grinding," which can achieve roundness within 1μ and surface roughness within 0.4a, we possess technology for external diameter polishing such as "centerless grinding." On the other hand, "internal diameter polishing" involves chucking the workpiece's outer diameter and using a spindle-mounted grinding wheel to finish the inner diameter.
