OneA Corporation manufactures poka-yoke products through consistent domestic production. We provide ARROW quality improvement tools to prevent human errors in various scenarios such as manufacturing and logistics. This time, we would like to introduce a case where our poka-yoke product, the Poka-Yoke Roll Shutter, was adopted in an automotive manufacturing environment. [Challenge] In the manufacturing environment, picking mistakes frequently occurred due to the repetitive nature of the same tasks, leading to the accidental retrieval of different parts. [Proposal] We proposed the Poka-Yoke product, the "Poka-Yoke Roll Shutter APG-RS3 Series."
