We would like to introduce a case where the discrete event analysis 3D simulation software 'FlexSim' was implemented at Wacoal Distribution Co., Ltd. The reason the company adopted the simulation was due to the expansion of the Moriyama Distribution Center and the need for centralized inventory management. As a result, they decided to implement our product because it allowed them to simulate layout changes hypothetically and estimate improvement effects in advance. As a result, they were able to simulate the movement routes and speeds of AGVs, fully automating all horizontal and vertical movements from each floor to the delivery area.
