A hat that goes over a helmet for heatstroke prevention; the heat from the helmet has disappeared!! No more stuffiness!! It's a groundbreaking product that doesn't make the helmet itself hot.
This year's heat is unprecedented. Isn't it really abnormal weather? That's how it is every day. For outdoor workers, it means working in extremely harsh conditions. We have started selling a helmet heatstroke prevention product called "Met Cap," developed for such individuals. This cap is designed to prevent heat from entering the inside of the helmet by using heat-insulating material on the outside of the helmet. As a result, the temperature difference between the inside of the helmet and the head, which is the second heat source, is reduced, minimizing radiation from both. While we cannot eliminate the air that accumulates inside the helmet, we have managed to minimize radiant heat, which has the greatest impact on heat, resulting in a cooler and less stuffy environment. Additionally, during rain or thunderstorms, it can be easily removed and stored in a pocket with one touch. It can also be washed using regular methods, ensuring hygiene.

Company information
Nihon Shanen Co., Ltd. develops, manufactures, sells, and installs thermal insulation materials, holding a total of 27 patents and utility models related to insulation materials and construction methods as of May 2022. Most of the direct application thermal insulation materials and high-reflective products are patented by our company, earning us immense trust as a manufacturer of insulation materials that can be safely used by compliance-focused businesses. The colored thermal insulation materials for outdoor use are exclusively patented by our company. The thermal insulation material "Top Heat Barrier" is an excellent product that can reduce the surface temperature to 28°C simply by applying a thin aluminum sheet of 0.1 mm directly to a kettle at 95°C. Utilizing this characteristic, it addresses heat and cold measures, heatstroke prevention, improves working environments, and achieves significant energy savings. The thermal insulation material can be applied to roofs, walls, floors, tents, glass, doghouses, livestock barns, equipment, and various other locations, enabling surprising proposals that break existing concepts for both companies and individuals. We are a company that aims for true zero energy by generating electricity and effectively utilizing natural energy without using electricity, seriously considering measures against global warming, and constantly challenging ourselves with new endeavors.
