In our processing, we can guarantee a pitch of 100mm within 3μ. In recent years, there has been an increase in machine tools that have temperature control measures. This includes features like thermal friendliness and axis cooling. We also use such machines, and they do indeed provide a certain level of effectiveness. They are well-designed machines. However, even with such good machines, achieving a precision of within 3μ in normal environments is difficult. At our company, we ensure stable precision by placing these machines in a temperature-controlled room (23±1°C).
