We carry out various parts processing and parts procurement, and manufacture up to unit products! We also perform injection molding of thermoplastic resins.

We would like to introduce our business at Kyowa Seiko Co., Ltd., which involves plastic molding and assembly. We own 16 machines for plastic molding, ranging from a minimum of 20 tons to a maximum of 140 tons, and we can work with various types of resins including PP, PE, PMP, COP, COC, POM, PC, PS, AS, ABS, PMMA, etc. In the assembly process, true to our catchphrase "Bringing the warmth of hands into manufacturing," we handle tasks such as manual and semi-automatic adhesion, ultrasonic welding, riveting, and press-fitting. 【Features of Plastic Molding】 - We perform injection molding of thermoplastic resins. - Injection molding machines: We have 17 machines ranging from a minimum of 20 tons to a maximum of 140 tons. - Types of resins we can handle: PP, PE, PMP, COP, COC, POM, PC, PS, AS, ABS, PMMA, etc. - Molding can be done in a clean room with a class of 10,000 or lower. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
