For heavy items, I consider upgrading the thickness of the bottom board of the drawer by one rank, welding reinforcement materials, or changing the rails (such as selecting slide rails instead of single rails). Sometimes, I propose reducing the storage capacity per level to the customer. 【Machining and Welding】In sheet metal processing, the precision of bending and the welding precision to prevent warping become important. We have a hybrid bending machine to ensure quality. Regarding welding, we boast high technology that allows skilled craftsmen to produce flat surfaces without warping. 【Painting and Finishing】For painting, since the size is too large to be hung on an automatic line, it is done with a vertical spray.
