High decomposition performance and safety! Introducing a soft film that can be used for packaging materials, gloves, and bandage substrates.
"SBP201" is a soft biodegradable film made from the biodegradable resin "Mater-Bi" by Novamont S.p.A (Italy). "Mater-Bi" is a compound made from thermoplastic starch and PBAT (polybutylene adipate/terephthalate), which is hydrolyzed to lower molecular weight and then decomposed by microorganisms into water and carbon dioxide. It has a rich track record of adoption primarily in Europe, with world-class production capacity. At Seadam Co., Ltd., we consider the formulation and specifications of biodegradable resins according to applications and propose films and sheets tailored to your needs. We are also open to discussing the sheet formation of specified biodegradable resins, so please feel free to consult us.
