Introducing Aichi Electric's unique system that uses superheated steam to increase humidity and add heat!
The "Heat Haze Bake" is a system that creates a high-temperature state inside the oven, generating superheated steam from the heat haze. In the "HH Series" ovens, in addition to the usual heat source, it is possible to fill the oven with mist for baking. Dough baked with mist brings various effects. With one oven, you can choose between two baking methods, reducing running costs and providing excellent scalability within the factory. 【Features】 ■ Baking technology using mist ■ Baking with steam, not steaming, utilizing the power of invisible mist ■ No boiler installation required ■ Cost reduction ■ Setting changes in each zone to achieve ideal baking ■ Easy operation with a touch panel, capable of saving baking settings *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
