This is a melt indexer that measures MFR (Melt Mass Flow Rate) and MVR (Melt Volume Flow Rate), which serve as guidelines for the melt flowability of resins. The touch panel has pre-programmed ISO/ASTM tests, allowing for easy operation and testing through the panel. Analysis of test data and data output to USB can also be performed via the panel. We also offer optional blocks for materials with high flowability and fixtures for MVR measurement. The testing machine is compactly designed, and temperature is detected above the diamond die, ensuring high accuracy. Calibration of the weights placed on the piston and calibration at different temperature levels are also conducted to enhance the reliability of the measurement data.
