The active "Self-Standing Spin Coater ACT-700AII" is a highly versatile manual droplet application device that supports substrates up to φ500mm. The rotation speed can be set in the range of 0 to 3000 rpm for one minute, with an accuracy of less than ±2 rpm, which is very good. It allows simultaneous setting of "rotation speed," "acceleration/deceleration time," and "keep time" for one-step operations, and features a program with 10 steps and 100 patterns (with prior notice, 20 steps and 50 patterns, or 50 steps and 20 patterns are also possible), making it easy to achieve the desired conditions. It is a self-standing model with casters for easy mobility and an ergonomic working height. Equipped with an interlock sensor, it does not rotate unless it detects the vacuum suction pressure on the substrate, and if the safety cover opens during rotation, it automatically stops the rotation, ensuring safety.
