The water tube boiler used for steam generation within the factory has aged and it is time for an upgrade. We proposed an optimal update based on the latest utility load of the facility to the customer and carried out the design, procurement, and construction. In response to the request to build new equipment while using the existing building as is, we introduced multiple small boilers. This allowed for steam generation with the minimum necessary amount according to the timing.
