The metal sheet cleaning machine "MSW-1000HE" utilizes the cleaning effect and reducing power of super alkaline ionized water (alkaline electrolyzed water) to clean and dry oils, dust, and dirt from punching, pressing, laser processing, and deburring operations in a single pass, while also providing rust prevention. The cleaning pass speed can be infinitely adjusted based on the level of dirt on the material. This prevents oil contamination on the brushes of the subsequent deburring machine, creating a comfortable working environment. ★ We accept test cleaning of workpieces.
