■Training Content The course is organized into four sessions, aimed at teaching essential business knowledge that every business person should grasp, with the goal of acquiring common sense for working adults. To acquire the foundational knowledge necessary as a working adult, we recommend the "New Employee Training" and "New Employee Follow-Up Training." The lectures are structured to maintain concentration by incorporating Q&A and presentations in a "participatory" manner. Additionally, each unit includes case studies and thorough explanations, making it a training program that allows participants to "apply" what they learn in real-world situations rather than just "know" it. ■Points Based on a voice-over PowerPoint designed by a small and medium-sized enterprise consultant, a problem-solving consultant will provide explanations.
