■Training Content First, we will enhance the sense of belonging to the company by forming career awareness. Next, in a workshop using LEGO blocks, participants will understand their roles within the company through self-analysis. Then, we will learn communication techniques. Finally, we will learn what risk and compliance are, and the importance of adhering to compliance. ■Key Points The purpose of the training is "to develop the next generation of leaders." We aim for new employees, who will be the future bearers of the company, to deepen their awareness of the industry and reconsider their own working styles. Through this training, we will enhance the sense of belonging to the company, foster a sense of camaraderie, and reaffirm the awareness of being a part of the company.
