Proposal for improvement at the customer's site! The cardboard stock will be reduced to one type per product, resulting in decreased inventory.

We would like to introduce a case that responds to the request from Company A, which is engaged in wholesale and mail order of health foods. Depending on the number of products shipped, we used three types of cardboard boxes: a small box for 2 items, a medium box for 4 items, and a large box for 6 items. Therefore, we proposed a common case. We added two folds to the body of the cardboard, allowing the height of the box to be adjusted in three stages. The inventory of cardboard boxes was reduced to just one type per product, leading to a decrease in stock.
