[Case Study of Turntable Circuit Board Splitter] Asahi Industry Co., Ltd. Komaki Factory
Reduction of the hassle of router bit exchange! The insertion slot is designed with a light curtain, allowing for safe use.
We would like to introduce a case where a turntable circuit board splitting machine was installed at Komaki Factory of Asahi Sangyo Co., Ltd. This factory is engaged in the assembly and manufacturing of printed circuit boards and unit assembly. To accommodate the increased production of printed circuit boards, they considered expanding their existing equipment; however, they faced challenges such as a lack of installation space and the inability to increase the number of workers. As a solution, they introduced our "MR2535HT." This increased their production capacity to approximately 1.5 times, reaching 3,800 boards per day, and also reduced overtime work. 【Selection Points】 - The turntable allows for parallel setup during board processing, shortening setup changeover time. - A variety of options increase operational efficiency. - The use of a single machine resolves installation space issues and reduces the likelihood of operational errors. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
