To enhance the value of the building! To all tenant companies, providing a safe and secure environment for their customers.
Marugame Sangyo is a comprehensive construction service company centered on the "construction business," "civil engineering business," and "land utilization business." In our building located in Matsusaka City, we have many tenant companies. We have a desire to provide a "safe, secure, comfortable, and clean" environment for everyone working at the tenant companies and those visiting them, contributing to the community. We have applied antimicrobial and antiviral coatings to the shared areas used by tenant companies, including restrooms, elevators, light switches, and handles. With the "Construction Certification" installed at the entrance and the "Completed Seal" placed in various locations, we can promote a hygienic space, allowing tenant companies to use the facilities with visual reassurance. Additionally, the odor (ammonia) in the restrooms disappears by the next morning, and we are experiencing the effectiveness of these measures. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
