The TBM2G (2nd Generation) series is Kollmorgen's latest generation of built-in motors.
By reviewing materials, winding, and electromagnetic design, we have achieved a more compact motor with higher torque. Additionally, the adoption of an automated production method has made the motor more suitable for mass production. The 48VDC coil specification can be used in many applications. - Hollow rotor, slim motor - Low voltage coil specification: 48VDC - Optimal outer diameter size for Harmonic Drive Systems gears - Cost reduction through automatic winding and the use of ring-type magnets - Ideal for robot joints, factory automation, general industrial equipment, gimbals, and more.

- Seven types with outer diameters ranging from φ50mm to φ115mm are available, each with three stack thickness options (8mm, 13mm, 26mm), offering a total of 21 outer shapes. - Each outer shape has three types of coil specifications available, allowing selection based on speed and torque requirements. - The optimal size for matching with Harmonic Drive Systems gears. - A large inner diameter allows for easy installation of cables, shafts, tubes, and encoders. - The 48VDC coil specification is ideal for battery-powered applications such as AMR. - The thickness of the motor remains unchanged even with the addition of a Hall sensor. - Temperature sensor options: PT-1000, three PTCs, or none. - Hall sensor options: available or not available. - Lead options: 0.5m lead or none (solder pad).
