Applications/Examples of results
To improve productivity through IoT, robotics, AI, and digitalization, which are considered the keys to the revival of Japan's manufacturing industry, the role of "people," who have supported manufacturing until now, is believed to become increasingly important. "Matsushita Electric is a place that creates people. We also produce electrical appliances." This is a famous quote from Konosuke Matsushita, the founder of Matsushita Electric, from the early days of the company. I believe it succinctly expresses the importance of human resource development in sustaining a business. In other words, the power to improve productivity using robots comes from "people," and the driving force behind reform is young talent. In this seminar, participants will first acquire the management skills that young leaders in small and medium-sized manufacturing companies should learn.
